I never meant to imply that it would have been better.

"The only extension of the Prospect that Moses proposed was an extension to the Cross Brooklyn Expressway at Avenue I, had that been built."

So I was wrong about it going to the Belt. But I knew he didn't plan that it should dead end at Church Avenue. It was supposed to connect with another highway. And actually that might have not been such a bad idea, because Ocean Parkway is terribly congested north of Avenue H during rush hours.
