I remember the local tracks on the 8th avenue level at W4 breaking into a Y and the diverge (left) brought you onto the 6th avenue local tracks, but now remember that the only time I ever ended up on 8th avenue once on the D was northbound. I'm guessing there's still the northbound crossover ... that's where I went wrong. Thought southbound did it as well but that can only go out to Culver OR to Broadway/Myrtle ... did THAT a couple of times also. Whoops! :) |
