The 90's and newer may not be the "Golden Gate Bridge" era, but it's certainly not the 60's and 70's crap either.Oh, I agree, but there's a general trend of having forgotten architecture is an art - compare, for instance, these two instances of the use of basic red terracotta: ![]() 167, Tower Bridge Road, London SE1 - not bad as modern architecture goes. ![]() Methodist Central Hall, Corporation Street, Birmingham B4 - and if you think this is ornate, you should see the building across the street |
