I also did a trip in 2005, finishing in 24 hours and 59 minutes (which beat Foster's 1989 record but not this one) and went through the same documentation and witness logs, and sent off a whole package to Guinness in Ireland.They never responded. I continued to contact them, even after 6 months had gone by, but couldn't get any response out of them, even to verify if they accepted or rejected the record being broken. |
