I have no idea ... that's something that's done by CapitolNews9, TimeWeenie and as far as I know, anyone who wants to feed it has to walk the tape down to Manhattan for it to air. We had our own crews who'd go out and cover it and ran 24 a day with Assembly, Senate, Court of Appeals and agency programming. If NY-SCAN were still around, it'd definitely get aired. Dunno about TimeWarner though. |
