I've MET (and talked with) a few who have piped off the ship the past 6-7 years or so and all I can say is that the "brain damage from on high" has been unprecedented ... you and I both remember the "wing it or fling it" mentality that the railroad of yore was built upon ... get it done ... wing it or fling it and if nobody DIED, it was a GREAT day. :)They LEFT ebcause of what makes TSS these days. TMO's and MMI's are an ancient relic. And YET, that "ineffective hierarchy" sure got it DONE. :( |
