I was intrigued to read that Kevin Foster set the current record in 1989 and also rode the system for 85 hours at the same time to celebrate the 85th anniversay of the subway. I ran Kevin Foster through Google and came up with this website. This first page describes his formative years, which were quite unusual. He was electrocuted at the age of 8 when he climbed up a tree and touched a 65,000 volt power line. http://www.kevin-foster.com/begin.htm Kevin Foster went on to be the first person to ride the Great Wall of China by bycycle. Has anyone ever heard of him? |
