True...and that one car in the consist may have been the only one with flatzzzz. NYCTA subways do not 'earn' major flats like freight or heavy passenger rail due to slower speeds and less weight....problem can be with failures in propulsion/dynamic braking or simply 'stuck brakes.' I've learned a lot off the M7s and ATC. RRCI Peter |
