In Stephen's defense, pounding wheels break rails ... so there may be a valid point in his wondering WHO ends up getting charged when the inevtiable occurs when either the wheel stops turning and starts fires or when rails or switch points get hammered too hard ...

Round wheels are HAPPY wheels ... :)
