Giving the Chief a litytle benefit of the doubt, he [the sargeant] may be misinterpreting what the Chief said.Acting on that theory, the next step would be to try to get a response directly from the Chief. If she confirms that she has unilaterally set forth a no-photography policy, then the next step would be to approach the GM, perhaps with backup from the local chapter of the ACLU. |
