There does not have to be a law to prohibit you from taking pictures of the infrastructure of [WMATA] facilities.He's a police officer, so he should know that that it's the responsibility of the police to enforce the law, not to create the law. They can't stop people from participating in legal activities just because they don't like the activity for some misguided reason. |
