Not riding thru there I can't say. I assume that carrying out the idea would include practically increasing the capacity but that's beyond me. At least putting the 2/3 on one side, though, allows increases on that side once you solve the terminal difficulties. I don't think given the East Side IRT express that we could run many more 4/5 now anyway. |
