I've been there and I can say that the number of passengers that board trains is comparable to that at Penn. Talking about low-level platforms and comparing them with Penn is pure nonsense. What are you trying to say? I'm saying that stations with a fairly high number of people using them (i.e. Penn, Ogilvie, Union) can work with either high- or low-level platforms if implemented correctly. |
