Hah..You keep squaking..but you know just like I do..THINGS HAPPEN. The way the price keeps going up..you never know..they may just build the upper portion and toss up their hands and say "We cannot afford to build to lower Manhattan.The SAS will remain as is untill funding is availible...." You know how it is when you hear "when funding is availible"...that means its been DEFERRED.... You remember that word..don't you? |
