I'm surprised that there are not more tail tracks throughout the system. Time and again, people refer to the tail tracks at Times Square on the 7 as the reason that so many 7 trains can get turned there in an hour.I'm sure the tail tracks at Jamaica Center do the same thing, by allowing trains to enter at full speed. |
