Yes, vandalism has a victim, but so does spitting. Perhaps people who spit should have their mouths glued shut?Suggesting excessive punishments for crimes puts you in the same frame of thought as merciless extremists. In fact, most of you are being extremists: PROTECT THE TRAINS AT ANY COST TO HUMANS!!! |
