I'll agree that the silver and blue scheme wasn't that bad on subway cars except for the R7/9's that had it. It looked great in the early 1970's when it was freshly applied, but then came the grime and later the graffiti that really ruined it. Also the pistachio green scheme in the interior of the cars wasn't THAT bad. I've been in buses that had that scheme and I liked it as a kid. |
