My opinion is, is that a LITTLE exterior graffiti I would not mind. But crime and violence, we ALL do not want.

All three are connected, you can't have graffitti without the crime and violence. It was all part of the downward slide of the transit system. It was a statement that all hell had broken loose and no one cared.
