I'm not romantacizing ghetto culture. I haven't said ANYTHING about ghetto culture. I'm talking about graffiti and graffiti ONLY. And to say it serves no purpose is like saying the Mona Lisa served no purpose. I honestly think they serve the same purpose, and that's for the artist to show their skill/ability as well as to express themselves.
