That level of vandalism on rolling stock should not be tolerated.Correct, but.... Whoever is responsible for letting it out on the road in that condition should be disciplined. Well.... no. It may have been the last available trainset in the yard to cover peak service - you're saying that it's more important to not have a car running with a slight bit of graffitti on it that providing all the timetabled service? You'd rather have one less train running on the line - just so no-one has to see a poxy little piece of 'artwork'? |
