Not to mention that crap cost the city and the MTA BILLIONS of dollars to clean up and continue to have to clean up every day. That's wasted billions on projects that would have actually benefited the subway system and it's riders instead of basically just having it thrown away because some asshole kids had to get an orgasm destroying property and defacing property that isn't theirs. It's so unnecessary. |
