True, but the painted grafitti has a whole unpleasant era connected to it. Today's scrachitti is annoying, but it has no baggage. It's simple vandalism, in no way can a so-called "grafitti artist" use this medium for his work. The subway has had to deal with simple vandalism since day #1. |
