If they are willing to give LOWER MANHATTAN ACCESS and chance..were willing to TALK about it...get MONEY from the FEDS FOR IT...then IM willing to take a chance on it.That project is a waste of money. 400,000,000 dollars has been spent on the SAS so far..with the ground breaking countdown begining for PHASE ONE. Oh, yeah. A countdown that was supposed to end in 2004. Big deal. I for one will not believe in what You speak of..its naysayers like yourself that gives pause to most with good intentions. There's a saying about the road to hell.... |
