Stratford already has direct services to Liverpool Street on both national rail local services (6 tph) and the Central Line (20+ tph). Hackney has 8 tph into Liverpool Street from Hackney Downs station. Stratford-Broad Street would be a duplicate service; Stratford to Highbury and Islington isn't. |
