That's funny, because there was never a middle track other than where there is now.You may be thinking of the ties you can see the remnats of on the M line between Central Ave and Wyckoff, through Knickerbocker Ave? There was an express track there which was removed, but never on Jamaica Ave (except at 111th St, where it still is, and 160th St, where of course the el is completely gone). |
