I have even something better-Contact the CCRB. Tell them that you were HARASSED for something that is LEGAL. As Neil said, just make sure you get his name and badge number. The you could hang his/her ass if you choose to do so.I've heard many bogus stories from cops especially that photography in the subways has been illegal ever since 9-11-01. If I was a lawyer, I'd search for the actual proof for that to be true. But AS of NOW, IT IS FALSE. But yet you have some of these cops that have their heads so far up their own asses, that they think almost anything is illegal and will enforce these stupid laws that are the most idiotic that I've ever heard...IE Drinking a bottle of water on the Subway. Oh Puh-Lease!!!! I'm so sick of hearing these damn stories of people getting harassed for something that is legit to do. This world is making me so sick to my stomach. By this action, these donut eaters are letting the terrorists win by making us live in fear, a fear of our freedom being taken away. If photography in the system was illegal-then I'd understand. But this is just bullfunky. |
