I would rather give my information (except my SS #, of course) in a truthful and open manner, all in the interest of security.Whose security? Anyone who refuses ID or does not give out information when requested, will (in the eyes of the NYPD) be viewed as a suspicious person. Too bad. They still have procedure to follow, and not giving ID does not meet the requirements of "probably cause" or "articulable suspicion", AFAIK. |
