Woodside was the choice in the late eighties already. That expanded to Sunnyside and LIC in the nineties. Ozone Park is too far from anything useful to an artist. Fort Greene to Bed-Stuy has already Pratt students and grads (and drop-outs). Maybe the next wave after Bushwick will be Crown Heights to East New York. |
