I set my "substantive" threashold at actually buying explosives or sneaking into this country. There are millions of angry muslims and I am sure many of them talk about blowing up this country with their friends. There's a big difference between saying and doing.At some point in time, the 9/11 plot was just an idea. It's also worth noting that these guys were planning to go to terror camps. I mean Regan said a lot of things about a missile defence system...do we have one? Funny, there were stories of a missile defense ("we ain't climbing over de fence") system being activated when your boy Kim Jong Il started lighting up his firecrackers. |
