Does that have anything to do with the B running part time service?If thats so...Im wondering about the Eastern Division J/M and Z lines. The 42's are just as old as the 40's,yet they are used daily. Does this practice say the 42's are BETTER built than the 40's..or that the 40's are just worn out? |
