You aren't thinking outside the box though. Light rail along the North Shore would be a way to jumpstart development there (and raise property values there, getting rid of the junkyards and weed-choked lots in the area littering Richmond Terrace from West New Brighton westward).LIGHT RAIL will likely SPUR development. PROFF? Look at the Gold Coast. |
