It may or may not, people though the same thing about the NYC Subways in the 1970s but it came up from the dead and is now one of the best in the world.I fail to see why you continue to say "it will never"...you can say it will never to alot things that'll still come about. It's under consideration and has been for awhile, they managed to get the SI Freight line underway so they can do this. |
