How many TPH are carried by the local and express tracks of the Queens Blvd IND line? Is it more now after the 63rd St. connection has been completed than it was before the F train was diverted through 63rd. St.? Finally would building 2 new parallel tracks and platforms at Jackson Heights and Forest Hills allow a significant increase in TPH on the Queens Blvd. line or is it still necessary to build a new 2 track Super Express to utilize the unused capacity of the 63rd St. tunnel? |
