Right now, I don't believe the railfan community, as defined by this board, has the power to police its membership and its voice. We're still too far into the deep end. Make our hobby/obsession an amateur "profession" and maybe we will be treated as suchAs defined by this board alone . . . ? Heh heh. Visit other boards and you'll experience foam that taketh away thine oxygen. The lunatic fringe of the phoam is nowhere near as bad as "thug life", though . . . but it does butt heads with the law. |
