I don't know if that's the name of the diner that occupied the triangle bounded by Beach Channel, Newport and B116. It supposedly closed for renovations a few years ago, reopened again and then closed for good this past winter. I only found out by reading a copy of THE WAVE I found on an N32 bus this past February.There are still numerous small eateries along B116, and a small Chinese around the corner on Rock Beach. There might be a McDonald's east on Beach Channel The normally excessive three-hour break that comes with TM Nostalgia Trips will come in handy considering how crowded every place will be. |
