After reading this entire thread, I'm surprised nobody else pointed this out.You've been saying through this whole thread that Philly trains are run by computers. Last time I checked (9 or 10 hours ago), you were wrong. As we all know, Philly trains regularly go through the 60s, sometimes even into the 70s. But the trains aren't run by computers. They are run by *gasp* humans. Even more frightening... the Broad Street line uses ... wait for it ... block signaling. |
