Their P32AC/DMs (Genesis IIs, identical to MNCR P32s) use underrunning 3rd rail shoes since they run on the Hudson Line from the moment it hits MNRR property in the Bronx, and switches to Diesel after the 3rd rail stops just north of Croton-Harmon Station in W'Chester.

No catenary equipment on those uglies.
