You read it wrong,I said that when plans were 1st put forth,the CO.said that they wouldn`t work.EMD[I didn`t state that in my 1st post]said they would modify a GP40 with a cab on both ends,3rd rail shoes also& the lirr said NO,we want it done OURWAY and the rest is a sad history,Am I making my self clear now? |
