However instead of looping the A into JFK one could bring back the "JFK Express" and loop that onto the AirTrain tracks with a simple extension to the HB express tracks and leave the A alone. Which would make the answer to the subject headline "Bring the JFK Express back...can it be done?", a resounding YES. NO? |
