Customer service isn't something you turn on and off for two weeks at a time.You put people who weren't hired to do customer service into such a position for just two weeks. Seriously, how much training are you going to give them? I'd give them about enough to get by, but not much more than that. It probably isn't worth doing more in the long run. |
