So no one else but the Port Washington and Long Beach people get access to the east side? All because a few trainsets are double decker? Then what about all the other lines that had to have M7 like trains because they can't fit into Flatbush or 63rd St? Spend money on designing two sets of new trains? Many of which can only be used on certain lines, and others that can't be used on certain lines? When now they can send a train anywhere? |
