Then why did property values skyrocket along the Morris and Essex lines shortly after MidTOWN DIRECT opened?And most of those passengers aren't even shlepping luggage. It's been quite well established that riders find transfers undesirable, especially if they involve walking from one platform to another. (Most potential and actual AirTrain users already have to transfer to reach the A, E, J/Z, or LIRR; the transfer to AirTrain is a second.) You haven't been doing your homework. |
