However, the AirTRAIN fare is usually born by those who don't vote in NYC. Those who work at the airport usually take the B15, Q3, Q6 (Cargo area East), Q7 (Cargo area West) or the Q10. They don't get hit.Think of it as a passenger facility charge not designated as such. |
