But I'm glad they didn't build it.
As to their inept-ness, let's see how inept they were:
They closed the Newtown line past Fox Chase
They closed the West Chester line past Elwyn
They extended to Parkesburg (which required trains to go an additional 20 miles to reverse)
They closed the Ivy Ridge line past Cynwyd
