Two posts can grow to four, eight, sixteen posts in a matter of days on that site if the moderator doesn't watch out. I suspect the moderator saw that was going to happen. Considering the traffic that the LIRR forum gets in relation to the MNRR forum a LIRR post in that forum can grow out of proportion and take over a great thread, I have seen it happen to other threads and it's not pretty. The moderator did what he had to do, it might not be popular but it's his job to do that. |
