Around here, you can do 30 days for littering. Plus there's surcharges for court, so the town makes money. That's why they'll roll that patrol car if they get a call. It's PROFIT. Ask anyone from here who knows this area. This ain't the metropolis here, next best thing to Mississippi at times if you honk off the wrong folks. |
