He may have an opinion, but he wasn't stating his opinion - he was stating the facts.Ok. Then why did you accuse him of "not knowing what he was talking about"? Because sometimes he doesn't understand why railcars are getting heavier. The addition of components and FRA requirements are usually the cause. |
