During G/O's, C/R's are required to shut the automated announcement system off and make manual announcements, as not to confuse passengers.Within limits. God forbid that the A division should know what the B division is doing. Yesterday the Lexington Ave express I was on told me I could transfer to an L at 14th Street. It would have been quite a long wait. |
