I went to a Publix during a Miami layover. Someone named Kathy Ann made me a nice sandwich and it was good. There was a young man who was the greeter at the front of the store just like you see at Walmart. Said greeter greeted me with an eloquent "Good morning. Welcome to Publix." When I walked past him as I was leaving the store I turned my head and said "Have a good day, sir." and he appeared to be taken by this small gesture. Enjoy the telescope but whatever else you do go work part-time at Publix. |
