There's always something off in news reports of this type.A typical shopping bag wouldn't cause a drag, it would have to be a bag you can't instantly let go, such as messenger style. But there are big-box store bags you carry like a messenger bag. Even then you should be able to release it ... unless you're knocked woozy at the start of the trouble. |
